ILMO Products is a leader in industrial, medical, and specialty gases and equipment. We don’t just deliver products – we fuel the industries, communities, and people who rely on us every day. Now, we’re seeking a strategic, people-focused, performance-driven HR Manager to join our leadership team and help shape the future of our workplace.

Just as our products require the perfect balance of precision, safety, and service – we’re looking for an HR leader who blends strategic insight, operational excellence, and a genuine passion for people. You’ll be the architect of our people strategy, the champion of a thriving, positive culture, and the trusted voice for leaders and employees alike.

This is a hands-on role in a small company — you’ll be an HR department of one, managing both strategy and execution from start to finish.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive base salary
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and holidays
  • 401(k) with company match
  • A positive, respectful, and values-driven work environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development

What makes you stand out?

  • You understand both the big picture and the day-to-day realities of HR.
  • You thrive on building culture and solving people challenges.
  • You can handle strategic planning and roll up your sleeves to manage operations.
  • You’re comfortable being the sole HR professional, balancing autonomy with collaboration.
  • You build trust and credibility with leaders and employees alike.
  • You know HR compliance and best practices inside and out.
  • You lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding to ensure the right people are in the right seats.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee HR operations, systems, and reporting for efficiency and compliance.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and compliance programs that attract and retain talent.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen and sustain our company culture, ensuring it supports business goals and employee engagement.
  • Coach leaders in performance management and accountability.
  • Design and deliver training programs that support growth and business needs.

What success looks like in this role:

  • You’re a proactive voice in leadership discussions, shaping decisions that move the company forward.
  • HR practices actively support business goals and uphold our core values.
  • Employees feel valued, engaged, and empowered to succeed.
  • HR operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance.
  • Leaders trust your counsel, and employees know you’re there to help them thrive.
